Full Suite includes two years of managed hosting, so its renewal fee is applied once in the three-year view. That logic is tested automatically.

Pricing FAQ

What's included in managed hosting?

Backups, security updates, monitoring, SSL, and email-based support while managed hosting is active.

What happens when the included hosting term ends?

Your software license remains valid even if you stop managed hosting. If you do not renew managed hosting, self-hosting is the supported continuation path; continued ReserveSit-hosted service is not promised outside an active hosting term.

How does setup work after purchase?

Provisioning starts automatically after purchase. Hosted customers receive their dashboard URL, login credentials, and setup email after the environment is created.

Can I self-host?

ReserveSit supports self-hosting, and the software license remains valid if you choose that path.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade checkout only charges the one-time license difference between plans.

What do the demos show?

No sign-up required. Opens a private two-hour demo session seeded with sample data. Public guest-booking flow for the sample restaurant.
