What's included in managed hosting?

Dedicated cloud server, daily automated backups, software updates & security patches, uptime monitoring, and email/chat support. First year is included free.

What if I don't renew hosting?

Your instance stays live but won't receive updates, backups, or support. You can self-host at any time or renew later.

Is there a monthly option?

We offer one-time licensing to save you money long-term. The only recurring cost is annual managed hosting starting year 2.

Can I self-host?

Yes. The software is yours. You can run it on your own infrastructure - no hosting fee required.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and only pay the difference in one-time license cost.
