Book a walkthroughA clear path through setup.
These steps take place in your restaurant's own dashboard after access is available. This public guide does not create a restaurant or change any settings.
Step 01
Make it yours
Confirm your restaurant details, contact information, and timezone.
Step 02
Set up service
Review booking hours and capacity, then add your tables and floor plan.
Step 03
Prepare your guest experience
Add your menu, review your website, and connect payments if needed.
Step 04
Check, then open
Test a booking with your team and review ordering and communication settings before launch.
Before you go live
Prepared, not rushed.
Have your service hours, table list, menu, and brand assets ready. Timing depends on your content and any account approvals.
Restaurant basics
Confirm the restaurant name, contact details, and timezone. Use the restaurant dashboard to review your saved information.
Hours & booking rules
Review opening and closing times, reservation intervals, party sizes, and capacity before sharing booking links.
Tables & floor plan
Add your tables and seating capacities, then review the floor layout with the team who will use it.
Guest communications
Review booking text, confirmation messages, and any deposit policy. Communication and payment settings need their own checks.
Menu, website & connections
Prepare menu items, prices, photos, and website content. Verify payment setup before taking paid orders; review optional messaging and POS connections separately.
A real readiness check
Review the guest booking flow with your team and confirm the features you plan to use. Finishing a setup checklist is not the same as publishing or enabling payments.
